At Craftsbazaar, our Standard Shipping option is tailored to provide you with a dependable and economical delivery service. Kindly review the specifics of our Standard Shipping policy before ordering. Orders placed with Standard Shipping will typically reach you within 10-15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Our operational days are defined from Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from the computation of working days.

We wish to bring to your attention that despite our best efforts, there exist external factors beyond our control that may impede the timely delivery of your order. Such factors include but are not limited to inclement weather conditions, delays in customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we endeavor to maintain punctuality in delivery, it is imperative to recognize that these external factors may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information:

Following the dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing pertinent tracking details. You can track your product under the My Order page of your account at https://craftsbazaar.store/. Kindly note the there are three phases of an order
a) Order processing : means we are still in the process of making the product.
b) Fulfilled: We have completed making the product and its ready to be dispatched in next batch.
c) Fulfilled with tracking id: The product has been dispatched and you can track it on the mentioned courier service.  

 

Changes to Orders:

In the event that modifications are required for your order, such as adjustments to the shipping address, we kindly urge you to promptly contact our customer service team at studiocb.in@gmail.com. Please be informed that due to the nature of our highly personalized items and the operational processes involved, alterations may not be feasible beyond a certain stage in the ordering process.
