No. We print with UV-cured inks that bond to the acrylic, so colours stay vivid for years indoors. As with any wall art, keeping it out of harsh, direct sunlight gives you the longest-lasting colour.

Acrylic posters come in three sizes — A4 (₹599), A3 (₹1,499) and A2 (₹2,799) — each in portrait or landscape. You choose the size inside the builder and the price updates as you go.

Smaller posters mount with the strong double-sided tape included — peel, press onto a clean wall, and it comes off cleanly when removed carefully. Larger sizes can use wall studs or standoffs. Many people also simply stand them on a shelf or desk.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbers, which can scratch the acrylic surface.

Yes — that’s the whole idea. Our Make-Your-Own builder lets you upload your photo, crop and position it, add names or messages, choose a background, and preview the finished poster live on screen. What you see is exactly what we print.

Yes. The builder includes Devanagari and other fonts, so you can add names, messages or quotes in Hindi alongside English.

Use the highest-resolution photo you have — a clear, well-lit image with the subject in focus works best. Our builder warns you if an uploaded image is too low-resolution for the size you’ve picked, so you can swap it before you order.

Your photos are used only to create and print your order. We don’t sell them or share them with anyone else.

String art is a handmade artwork made by winding coloured thread around hundreds of small nails on a wooden board to form an image, name or design. Every CraftsBazaar piece is made by hand to order, so no two are exactly alike.

A long time. The thread and board are durable and built to be displayed for years. Keep it out of damp spots and dust it now and then with a soft, dry brush or cloth.

Most pieces come with a fixing on the back, so they hang straight onto a wall hook or nail. For lighter pieces, removable adhesive hooks work well and won’t mark the wall.

Yes. Our signature designs — name boards, couple and family pieces, light jars and festive Diwali, Ganesha and Christmas pieces — are still made to order from your details. You can also make your own at one of our live workshops.

Yes, we ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to see delivery options for your area.

Most items are made to order. Personalised pieces typically take a few working days to make, plus courier transit — so allow roughly a week from order to doorstep. Your confirmation and tracking keep you updated. Need it sooner? Message us before ordering.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item, and the exact amount is shown before you pay — no surprises afterwards.

Often yes, especially if you order early. For a wedding, birthday or festival with a firm date, message us on WhatsApp before ordering with your pincode and date and we’ll confirm whether we can make it.

Because almost everything is personalised and made to order just for you, personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your spelling, photo and design in the preview before you order.

We’re sorry, and we’ll sort it out. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short unboxing video of the damage plus your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Reach out as soon as you can. If we haven’t started making your piece yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it. Once a personalised item is in production, changes may not be possible.

Yes — our DIY kits let you make a piece yourself at home, with the materials and step-by-step instructions included. They make a fun activity and a thoughtful gift.
